Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years working on large-scale integration projects involving multiple interfaces from external systems.
  • Two (2) years’ experience within the last five (5) years in the health care IT industry, including designing, and conducting System implementation activities for health care-related projects (e.g., clinical data, HIPAA, electronic health records, e-prescribing, etc.).

Two (2) years’ experience programming using the following technologies, or later versions:

  • .Net Framework v3.5 using C#
  • Health Level 7 Standards
  • MS SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition
  • Writing code using XML
  • XSL Transformations
  • WebAPI
  • User Interface Design
  • MVC Frameworks
  • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
  • JavaScript experience in one or more of the following: JQuery, Angular, Backbone, Knockout
  • CSS experience with Bootstrap
  • HTML 5
  • One (1) year working on clinical data architecture (CDA)

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
