Mandatory Qualifications

  • Must have led the implementation of four (4) digital services products within the five (5) years. 
  • At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience developing applications using Node.js.
  • At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience developing applications using React or other open source client-side framework suitable for one-page application development.
  • At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience developing applications that connect to legacy applications and/or databases via a messaging queue.
  • At least one (1) year of FTE experience developing software as part of a Scrum team to provide services that meet user needs.
  • At least one (1) year of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience as a full stack developer.
  • At least one (1) year of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience working with DB2.
  • At least one (1) year of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience with DevOps using open source container (e.g., Docker) and continuous integration (e.g., Travis CI) tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Modernizing legacy systems and databases
  • Developing applications using Elixir
  • Developing applications that use WebSockets (e.g., using Socket I/O)
  • Developing Windows dynamic-link libraries for other applications
  • Developing applications using Spring Boot

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
