Mandatory Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of experience in Medicaid or Human Services IT Projects
  • 5+ Years as a Business Analyst
  • Experience performing business change activities such as Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
  • Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycles (SDLCs) such as Waterfall, and Agile or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable Qualifications

  • CBAP Certification preferred

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
