Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, the HRIS Analyst partners with management, HR, IT, and Operations teams to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. With a strong understanding of general HR and HRMS, the HRIS Analyst will conduct a needs assessment, review and recommend improvements, build project plans, and implement technological improvements based to support Cambria’s needs and goals. This position will also serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports general IT functions, upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
