Kim Tarabetz, a senior consultant at Cambria Solutions, an information technology and management consulting firm based in Sacramento, has been appointed to the NorCal Board of Directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP). The announcement was made by Shoeb Shaikh, president of NorCal ACMP.
“We welcome Kim to our board and look to her to bring valuable learning opportunities and meaningful dialogues to the Change Management community in Northern California,” said Shaikh.
On her appointment, Tarabetz said, “It’s a very exciting time for our industry as we seek to better define how change management intersects with other disciplines such as Human Centered Design, Agile and Project Management. This appointment is an honor and I’m thrilled at the opportunity to partner with Organizational Change Management professionals throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento Valley.”

Prior to joining Cambria Solutions, Tarabetz led several key strategic and IT projects including the CalPERS Strategic Performance measures project, was the state-side Project Manager for the development of the 2017-22 Strategic Plan and ran her own firm. She holds a BA in Organizational Management and an MS in Communication Management. She is currently working toward earning her Ed.D. in Organizational Development and Strategy. Tarabetz resides with her husband and children in Penryn, Calif.
