Caltrans engaged Cambria to develop a Strategic Plan to align departmental initiatives to the core mission of the department. Cambria conducted best practice research and facilitated sessions with Caltrans executives and division chiefs to develop strategic objectives and supporting program-level action plans.

Mississippi Division of Medicaid

Cambria was engaged to provide leadership through the testing and implementation phase of the upgraded ePrescribing System (eScript) solution, which allowed providers to meet the criteria of Stage 1 Meaningful Use. Cambria provided review and analysis during the design, development, and implementation phases; validated requirements through the development lifecycle; and assisted in acceptance of the documentation.
